Cone Mixer Machine V type blender mixer for Lab Use
Eversun the V-type mixer is widely used for mixture of powder and granule in kinds of industries,such as agriculture,chemical,feed,coating, cosmetics and so on. The V-type mixer has features of evenly mixing, high efficiency and avoid the materials axxumulation. The fully enclosed structure also guarantee no leakage of materials during mixing process. The V-type mixer is one kind of basic mixing equipment in many industries.
The V type mixer are equipped with one motor and one reducer. The motor will be connect with the reducer with one belt. When the motor is power on, it will drive the running of reducer. Then coupled with the reducer, V-shaped barrel will start running to mix the inside materials up, down, left and right.

Machine description:
The machine consists of two asymmetric cylinders. The materials can flow as vertical and horizontal direction. The mixing uniformity will be above 99%.
The machine is used to mix the dry-powder, granular materials with good liquidity.
The machine adopts vacuum feeding under sealing state. There no driving structure inside and be clean, no dead corner in according to with GMP standard
All made of SS304. All preparation process happened in Vacuum Status, no chance touch with material. Below four pages are Specification Parameter for each item.
